semi-literate realistic wolf rpg, with a touch of magic.
welcome, lone wolf. you have now entered the lands of Chryses, and one thing is certain that there is no turning back now...
the year is now 2069. the humans race has been extinct since 2016. nobody knows what happened to the humans, all we know is that they are gone and they are never coming back. over the course of the years, the land formations have attatched themselves as one once more. there are no longer large land masses scattered across the sea. the main, dominant, species roaming the lands of Chryses is the wolf... wildest of them all.
twenty years ago magic touched the lands of Chryses, leaving the wolves with strange and odd gifts... which brought war on the land, between the wolf clans. some wolves thought the magic a threat, while others thought it was a gift; some thought it unfair that others had magic while they had none. there were many arguments which took place, leading to war. many died during the war, and many others were left for dead. but now, most of the magic is gone. it has seemed to have dissapeared out of thin air; it is rare, now, and only few now possess magic.
talk of magic has been forbidden in the lands of Chryses; anyone who spoke of such things were slaughtered right on spot. the talk of magic soon dissapeared, along with the myths surrounding magic. those few and rare that weild magic stay and keep low, hiding. it has been six years since someone last talked of magic, and now kirk, leader of savoar, is spreading myths and talk of magic throughout the lands of Chryses. there is talk of wolfbane, and of the return of the sight... but, is it true? nobody knows. all they know is that a war is brewing once more...
