Five random facts about you...

Seeing as I don't actually know anyone on here properly, I think it's about time we got some random facts floating out there. Preferably miscellaneous things or stuff most people don't know about you, but if something's just plain interesting, then feel free to share!

-I play the flute, but I don't really practice. I wouldn't say I'm good at it, but I certainly don't suck! Three years of playing does that to you.

-Music is my life. Besides playing the flute, I'm part of a music tutoring program, my school's choir and a band made up of my best friends. I used to take my MP3 everywhere, but then it died, which is sad. I feel empty without my music.

-The biggest goal I've ever carried out in my life was finding a box of Poptarts. They weren't really nice. Now I want to try Reese's Peanut Butter Cups or something... (EDIT - Tried Peanut Butter Cups and they are AWESOME.)

-When I was eight, I read a series of books called Puppy Patrol. This led me to fall in love with Border Collies. As the years progressed, I read more from English authors and fell deeply in love with the dog breed. Now I have assorted Border Collie toys and really want one.

-I have two rabbits (both have random names, but I call them Rabbit and Diablo). I also have a cat called TOM. Omigosh the thought put into to that!

1. I have an odd connection with all things musical. I can find the beat in absolutely any piece of music, and I can play the viola (main instrument), violin, cello, bass, clarinet, flute, and piano. I also play the recorder for fun. I've been playing instruments since I was four.

2. I'm currently a chemistry major at my college, but my real aspiration is to be an author. I'm currently working on a very long plot that I'm hoping will eventually turn into a trilogy.

3. I have a 9-year-old, 15.2 hh 1/2 Rocky Mountain Horse, 1/2 Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse black gelding by the name of Diablo. I also have two black-lab mixes - one with husky and dalmation by the name of Molly, and the other german shepherd and greyhound by the name of Millie - as well as a golden Heinz 57 that goes by Zeke. I have a black and orange cat named Hallow - she loves dogs, but hates other cats. 0-o;

4. I'm a Pokemon dork. I have every single game except for Red and Snap, though I plan to get the WiiWare version of Snap soon. Start talking about Pokemon, and I'll be there.

5. My life's dream is to live in Montana on a wooded property of at least five acres. Hopefully I'll get there someday.

• Before I uttered my first word, I sang a full line of "Brown Eyed Girl". True story. My parents weren't sure what to say my first word was, until I decided after that day that the only word I would use for a month would be "hot".
  
  
• I've been roleplaying since junior high (I'm now a second semester freshman in college). If I didn't already know my writing would get me nowhere (I can write fine, but I'm not good enough to get a publishing deal), I'd be an author or a poet. But sophomore year I fell in love with Biology (thank you, Mr. D) and now it's my major, and I plan to be a zoologist.
  
  
• Since everyone mentioned pets... I have (at home) six cats, two of which are kittens left over from a recent litter. Curly, Moe (Larry is passed) Lilli, Vishous, and the two kittens Frank and Stanley. See, my family and I foster kittens, raising them from birth to about four-six weeks old, when we adopt them out. We've had (including Frank and Stanley) 13 kittens pass through our house.
  
  
• When I was a kid (third-seventh grade) I wanted to be a dog-sled runner in Alaska. That was my dream job, after wanting to be a vet. I gave up both after 1- I realized I had to put animals down if I was a vet, and, 2- It's cold in Alaska. XD
  
  
• Uhmm.... Singing is my favorite hobby. I've been in choir since fourth grade, and in Regional Choir twice. My musical talent ranges from Opera to Broadway... I have won some awards.... I'd like to be on Broadway once (or at least see a show on ACTUAL Broadway) or perform opera for a large audience at least once. That sounded stuck-up. Sorry D:

Five random facts about me? Okay well... heh *^^*

1. I am an aspiring manga artist-- I actually have a little skill and have improved a lot over the summer with drawing men because unless I draw an all girls school I am outta luck. I have an account on smackjeeves and plan on uploading my comic after christmas.
2. I love writing. Just. Love. It.
3. I started roleplaying 3 years ago and havent stopped since. I can do a lot of different styles but wolves, warriors and fantasy are still my top faves!
4. Pokemon fanatic! I love pokemon so much my friends get embrassed as the mall because I go into total pokemon mode in public *^^*
5. I bring everything I do around music because for some strange reason I have that touch.

I'm going to post five more random facts about me, because I'm bored, it's not bedtime yet and I've changed a lot since November last year. Not much, but I've still changed.

-I am currently addicted to mylifeisaverage.com and want to be a ninja, dinosaur and pirate because of it. I also brought a dinosaur colouring book, wear my slippers everywhere and sing the Pokemon and Harry Potter theme songs/scores. Oh and I've 'killed' most of my friends with Avada Kedavra.

-I've only ever been in one relationship. It happened last year, lasted for two and a half months (I was cheated on halfway through that), it was with one of my best friends (who now ignores me!) and, oh, she's a girl. As am I.

-One of my rabbits (called Bella, Big Rabs, Fat One and/or Rabbit) is currently pregnant. We thought she was a girl when we brought her... Then we thought she was a boy when we brought a little boy one to be her 'friend'... And now she's obviously a girl. Obviously.

-I now want to be a vet nurse. It's less demanding than being the actual vet, I have to get employment with a vet before I can go to TAFE and after that I have to do two to four years of studying. Simple. =)

-I haven't really read anything for two months. I occasionally read a page of Alice In Wonderland now and then, but, seriously, two months. Oh my god.

Omg, these are fun. :D I think I'll post too, like the good little attention whore I am.

- I'm not usually a very vain person, but I protect my hair like the Hope Diamond and I'm extremely touchy about who gets to play with it. I take really good care of my hair as well because I've had stylists compliment me on how well it takes to dye and how fun it is to work with. *pride swells*

- For a dog-lover, I have way too many cats. Granted, I'm a cat-lover, too, as no household is complete without a kitty, but seven is a bit much. :c And they all get chased by my dog-

-who is 2/4 husky, 1/4 malamute and 1/4 wolf. His name is Shandor and he is a gorgeous little boy of one year the eighth. Yes, he knows he's a handsome pup and he often likes to show off about it. He's also very sassy and he gets that from his mother, who is one of the chattiest dogs I've ever met. <3

- My mind is usually everywhere at once and I can't really focus on too many things at one time. Oddly enough, sometimes I can get so into something that time flies without me even suffering the jet lag.

- Last but not least, I'm an aspiring illustrator. I have dreams to work for DC or Dark Horse Comics one day and would love nothing more than to publish my own manga and see it brought to life as a short anime, as well as play a character in it. I know, I'm a geek. I regret nothing!
